Help us correct the record
A clear report is more useful than a general rating.
What makes a report reproducible
A claim is only checkable if the reader can get to the same place. For a guide about software, that usually means naming the provider, the plan or version, and the screen where the behaviour appears. For a browser tool, it means the exact input and the output you expected instead. Two of the three are often enough to confirm a fix; none of them turns into guesswork.
Screenshots help but are not required, and a screenshot without the steps that produced it is usually not enough on its own. What matters is that someone else can follow the path and see the same result.
How a correction is handled
The page is fixed in place, keeping its address, and its review date is updated so the change is visible to anyone who read it before. Where a correction changes the recommendation rather than a detail, the revised reasoning is written into the page instead of being quietly swapped out.
If a report turns out to be based on a misunderstanding, the page is left alone and the reply explains why. Not every report results in an edit, and saying so is more useful than changing a page to avoid a disagreement.
What to include
Email 2026muhammadumarwali@gmail.com with the page address, the exact sentence or step, what you believe is wrong, and a supporting official source or a reproducible description. Add the software version and plan if they affect the issue.
Do not attach confidential files, passwords, customer recordings or personal account information. If a screenshot is useful, remove information that is not needed to understand the issue.
What happens next
The operator can compare the report with the article’s evidence and revise, qualify or remove an unsupported statement. A reported problem is not automatically accepted as fact, and there is no guaranteed response time.
A material correction should remain distinguishable from a routine wording improvement. This channel is for the website’s content; billing and account disputes with a software provider need that provider’s support team.
