The SIL Open Font License permits the fonts to be used, studied, modified and redistributed freely, including in commercial work, as long as they are not sold on their own. They are served locally rather than fetched from a third-party host, so no request leaves your browser to load type.
The glow shader is adapted under the MIT terms together with the Commons Clause. In practice that means the effect may be read, learned from and reused inside a project, but the component itself is not resold as a product.
